早晨日出就出发
带足吃的喝的
从Bright Angel下去
尽快到谷底的河边
然后休息一个多小时
开始往上爬（貌似应该中午前就开始上爬？）
单程１０迈
4400 feet的爬坡
不知道能否在当天晚上回来
我爬山还可以
但从没负重训练过
大家觉得我能做到吗？ |

体力好即可。 而且你又带足了水，带着头灯大不了上去晚一点而已

我只是看公园官网上明确写着：
DO NOT attempt to hike from the rim to the river and back in one day,
especially May to September.
貌似他们建议的day hike是下到Plateau Point就返回，总共１２迈

发帖数: 669 | 10 20 miles of round trip with only 4400 ft elevation gain/loss on a perfect
trail at top elevation of 7000 ft. Any healthy young adult can do it.
Just bring plenty of food/water (you can refill water at Indian Garden) and
do not start too fast - don't jog down, but walk down at around 3mile/hr
pace. Start as early as you can to avoid the afternoon heat on the way up/
back. No many shady spots there.

车可以停在Bright Angel处的停车场, 做免费shuttle到south Kaibab.
