University of America has two Millennium Scholarships available to
prospective Ph.D. students. In order to be considered for these
scholarships, applicants must be new to CUA, must have a GPA >= 3.6 (linear
scaling of GPA applies to students coming from universities outside USA), a
minimum GRE score of 1300 (Quantitative and Verbal), and at least two
letters of recommendation. Refereed conference and journal publications are
a strong plus.
