figure out the location after you enable the gps.

你用Android也好iPhone也好，opt out location service，手机岂不是成了残废？有
人会opt opt吗？
其他的OS都不会track具体人，只有Android是有unique id的。还有，你要是用google
voice，你的所有calls/voicemail/etc都是被录下来永远存储的。
现在看来还是MS最正派。

你GPS拿到位置了，除非你有离线地图
否则你得往服务器发请求，要求某位置附近的地图
这时候，你的位置server就知道了，
当然，位置可以做模糊处理，比如随机换个距离
只要地图覆盖到你就成，但这个似乎不使你能决定的
你的请求包，肯定会包含你设备ID,这样系统才能往回送地图
匿名回传就是忽悠

不过Google可真敢。他们的一个产品A被政府certify了，结果另一个产品B也开始做政
府生意，说也是certified。后来被人查出来，B没有certify。Google说了，B比A高级
，既然A已经certify了，所以我们觉得B就不用搞这么麻烦了。大家目瞪口呆。一个产
品是不是合政府标准，难道是你厂家自己说了算的？好比波音767已经拿到了FAA适航证
，波音说787比767高级，我们就不申请适航证了，直接飞了。
反正Google是随便犯法，没人能管，没人敢管。我是一直搞不懂为什么。

towers来更快的决定你的位置，所以他们收集的是你周围的hotspots和towers的位置。
文件里和服务端存的也是这个位置。相对于android里的选项是Use wireless networks.

国会有调查权，可以看任何他们想看的东西。
不过肯定不会搞那么严重了。但是他们一旦对国会这么讲了，性质和什么privacy
statement可就不一样了。如果被人揭发，或是被hacker这么试出来，麻烦就大了。
有意思的是，Google搞这种事已经很久了，除了谷轮大家都明白是怎么回事。国会从来
没care过。这次Apple沾上边了，国会就积极了。

别逗了，Google street view偷偷收集大家wifi traffic的内容，不是被揭发出来的？
不是说是“bug”的？这个性质严重多了吧？国会有动静吗？
Google当年买doubleclick，我打死都没想到竟然批准了。前一阵子买哪个travel
search的公司，也是查了一段时间，最后还是批准了。
Google的政府关系是个谜。
