for desktop.
Stable is secondary for consumer products.

week is not a big deal. But one or two resets in cell phone, esp during a
phone call, sometimes is unbearable.

Such claim is as futile as claiming web OS is best mobile os of all time.

also, I read somewhere that Mango is supposed to be one of the most tested
os in MS.
Imho, wp7 os has good UI design. if the hardware catches on, it has the
potential of being very stylish.
