发帖数: 15 | 1 今天刚收到HP TP,但是设置wi-fi上网时老是出问题。
我用的是Belkin的router，security model: WPA/WPA2 PSK. 家里desktop/laptop无线
上网都没有问题。
TP 能找到网络，选了WPA Personal model, 输了密码，但就是上不了网。我看到在网
络名的左边有一个blue check.但是屏幕上"Choose a network" 的对话框一直在，上不
了网。我把router的密码去掉以后 TP 马上就能上网了。大家碰到类似的情况吗？应该
怎么解决？谢谢！ |

I am able to connect the network as long as I remove the password so I don't
think that is the problem.

I tried many times. I am sure the password is correct.
"router WPA encryption 试试 AES，WPA 不行试试 WPA2"
I tried AES. I also tried WPA, WPA2 only etc. Nothing worked.
"不设密码， 不广播SSID"
This will put my home network very vulnerable.
Any other suggestions? Do you think I should call HP help? I am not sure how
helpful they are.

发帖数: 7021 | 8 My router uses WPA/WPA2 security option with password enabled and I am able
to connect without any problem. You need to make sure you don't mistype that
long password in your first usage.
You might want to contact its Live Chat customer support if it doesnt' wrok
for you.
