I will tell you what I did, but please understand that I am not a cell phone
modding guru.
I followed these instructions, and entered the different numbers as they
were asked for. I got the numbers from my old phone, if that isn't possible
for you, you can get them by calling Page Plus.
1.dial ##626*
2. Enter subsidy code 333333 -
Fast NAM programming: MDN, MIN, CDMA Home SID
Enter each number as it is asked for. Once you are done, the phone will
reset, and is now programmed.
At this point the phone is programmed, but will still not be able to make or
receive calls or SMS. The last step is to update the PRL (Primary Roaming
List), this is a list of tower id numbers that the phone is allowed to talk
to. Before you go any further make sure that the correct USB drivers for the
phone are installed on your computer, the drivers will attempt to install
the first time you connect your phone to your PC, let them. Now that that is
done, you will need to find a copy of a PRL that will work with Page Plus.
I found This older PRL, moddified for Sprint type phones, to not show as
roaming all of the time. I found that PRL on Howard Forums, I didn't modify
it, or anything else, I shamelessly swiped it. Download this file, and unzip
it, you will need it.
What I did was download a program called QPST, set it up (I had to go into
the configuration and add my ports (by default no ports are added, and it
won't see your phone, as soon as I added all of the ports, especially the
USB port, it saw the phone). Once QPST is set up and sees the phone, go to
the "Roam" tab, and click "read from phone", it will bring up some
information, once it does look in the "preferred roaming" box in the center,
click on "browse" and browse to the folder you unzipped the PRL file to.
select the file, and then click on "write to phone", once that is complete
the phone should reset again. Once it comes back up you should be able to
make and receive calls and SMS texts.
This is as far as I have made it with mine, I picked it up yesterday evening
late, and didn't even open it until I got off work today. I may work on the
data shortly, but to tell the truth this little bit of information I have
shared is more than I am comfortable with. Once again I am no guru, and if
something goes terribly wrong as you do it (and it can and does happen), I
will not be able to provide much help, not because I don't want to, but
because I don't know how.

This is why I was hesitant to post that I had gotten it to work on Page Plus.
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OTA PROGRAM THIS PHONE WITH PAGE PLUS. YOU WILL HAVE
TO MANUALLY PROGRAM THIS PHONE TO WORK WITH PAGE PLUS.
Sorry for shouting, but it think that it not only bears repeating, but
repeating loud enough to be heard over the noise of people saving money.
As I stated fairly clearly in my first post in this thread, if you are not
familiar with manual programming of a phone, or using software tools such as
QPST, CDMA Workshop, or something like that, you need to read up a little
on those tools, if after learning what those tools are and what you would
need them for, you are still comfortable with the idea then this deal is for
you.
If you are not willing to do anything more involved than calling Page Plus
and dialing *22890, then this phone isn't going to work for you. Page Plus
will not help you much, as they didn't sell you the phone, they didn't make
any money on the phone, and they know nothing whatsoever about that phone.
Page Plus has no obligation to help you program this phone, they offer a
selection of fine new and refurbished phones that they are more than happy
to fully support. If you choose to buy a phone set up to use on a non
compatible carrier's network, you are on your own, and that is how it should
be.

3.想保留现在net10的手机号的话，需要先完成哪些刷机工作？再打电话给net10放号，page plus那里port号 | s***h

I got those numbers from my old phone, MDN is your phone number, the MSID I
got from my old phone, on a Pixi Plus you should be able to go to "Device
Info", then touch "More info".

MDN = 10 digit working phone number from my active pageplus phone.
MIN = 10 digit number in my daily email from Kitty Wireless (assigned by
Pageplus).
MSID = 2 I live in Californa, Los Angeles/Orange County
这个 MIN 好像就是从 ebay pageplus activation 那里弄来的，pageplus 给发的号
新号码激活大概可以这样搞，不需要老的 pageplus phone。
如果你有老 pageplus phone, 能看到老 MIN
再打电话给 PagePlus 手工 switch ESN or MEID:
First, I got my MIN from my old phone, you can check yourself.
You can just call PagePlus to switch ESN or MEID. After the new ESN or MEID
is put into Pageplus' system. you don't need to do automatic programming,
like dial *22890. You may just make a call from your new phone. it may work
and you can use your new phone.
然后是用 QPST 刷 PRL
这个人还得在 QPST 额外改了些设置：
OK, finally got it up and running. Had to change some settings under the
AMPS and CDMA-2 tabs, but phone was able make an outbound call successfully.
What I noticed was that the AMPS phone num were still set to the 999999xxxx
number, so I changed that to my number. Also changed the Home SID from 0 to
2 (Calif-LA). For CDMA-2, did the same for IMSI_S and changed the phone
number to my phone number.
