新帐号，再把你的手机号port到第一个帐号里

刚看明白我是不是误解了最后一句话？（you will be able to make it permanent
for a one-time $20.00 fee）是说我之前的旧GV号码？还是说我port之后那个新的GV
号码？
我刚才理解的是号码port过来是$20，make it permanent是另外$20。

“说明”写的太烂了
谁没事花$20先port个号码过来
再花$20换回原来那个号码
而且所谓“permanent”也误导，其实下次花$20还能port或者$10换另一个号码
只是说port之后原来那个GV号码就作废了（三个月之后）
