I have never taken this route. But considering you need to make two transfers,
I would suggest you to get to 30th before 6:30. Actually I would get an hour
earlier than that if I have to arrive on time.
You can go to New Jersey Transits website to check schedules. NJtransit
usually on time. R7 has lots of delays in the morning hours.
