Scientist/Associate Scientist of immunology
Responsibilities:
Primary immune cell isolation and culture
Antibody purification and characterization
DNA vector construction and cell transfection
Retrovirus production and cell transducing
Skills/Requirements
Experience in primary immune cell culture, immune cell-based assays, flow
cytometry, and cell sorting
Experience in retrovirus preparation and cell transducing
Experience in protein purification from yeast, E.coli and mammalian cells
Experience in biochemical immune assays such like ELISA
