新开一贴，希望能让更多的姐妹看到。
我娃一般流鼻涕，咳嗽，不发烧。每次我用以下办法，1-2周可以好。（赶快敲木头）
下面三种都是homeopathy, 由天然成分制成，通过提高自身免疫力达到抗病的目的。Homeopathy不是药物 medicine.

一般我给娃吃1和2. 其中1感觉比其他我试过的OTC cold and cough都要管用；2
也很不错，很有口碑的homeopathy 。 至于3是治咳嗽的，主要就是蜜，可吃可不吃。1-3在药店和网上都有卖。他们都是两岁娃就能吃的。我娃快两岁的时候，我也按两岁剂量给过，没有问题。
4。一定要经常给娃用吸鼻器吸鼻涕， 吸之前喷喷saline nasal spray, 容易吸出来。因为小娃不会擤鼻涕，鼻涕容易流到咽喉引起炎症而咳嗽。我觉得Little noses 的吸鼻器是最好用的。睡觉之前一定要记得吸，因为躺下后，鼻涕最容易倒流到咽喉。
5。如果晚上睡觉咳嗽，还有个美国人的偏方，我试了确实很管用。把vick's baby rub ointment 抹在脚上，多抹点，再穿上袜子。娃晚上就咳得很少，能睡安稳觉。咳得厉害的，还可以在后背少抹点。大一点的娃，可以在胸口也稍稍抹一点。不要抹在鼻子下面，那种是成人才能用的。白天就不要抹了，注意吸鼻子就好。
4，5 各大药店均有出售。

FDA建议3岁以下小孩不要使用任何感冒药。

without medicine, and 1 week to get over it with medicine. so it is your
pick. :)

但是都可能会有副作用，所以不推荐3岁一下儿童使用任何感冒药

humidifier, and it helps a lot, especially at night.

all I suggest are HOMOPATHIC medicine, not the same as OTC cold and cough.
They are all natural and their function is to boost human's own immunity, and they are made under the regulation of FDA.

另外和VC冲剂也不错，里边还有B6，止吐的

after long-time taking VC. I myself is one of them.

sick. You can certainly pick doing nothing and training his immune by himself.
It is just different choices. I am not saying you must do what I do. I am just offering another option to those who would like to try.

develops to a very bad situation. But before I use them on my kid, he used
to have lengthy recoveries and sometimes a very stubborn cough.
