发帖数: 10233 | 1 女儿快两岁了，每天都要妈妈陪睡。陪就陪了吧，但是她不容易入睡，前十几分钟可能
是不困，先要转来转去说说话，但是后面几十分钟应该是困了，不停地打呵欠，但是翻
来翻去就是睡不着，每天都要上床1个小时以后才能睡着。有朋友说可能是缺锌。大家
有经验吗？谢谢 |

1. Try reading books (calming ones, not those really exciting ones) before
bed for 15 min or so. I have tried stories where the characters themselves
go to sleep at the end of the story (really helps put the children into
sleeping mode, :-) ).
2. Try back-rubbing and relaxation with your daughter. Just ask her to close
her eyes and imagine that she is at a beautiful place and sees things that
she likes (e.g., blue sky, white clouds, waterfalls, green trees and leaves,
etc.).
3. After relaxation for ~5-10 min, tell your daughter that you will join her
after she falls asleep and you can now leave the room. Your daughter should
fall asleep much faster without your presence.

during the middle of night, she has to see you in her room?
I asked about this because we have a school-aged girl who is still working
on to fall asleep and stay asleep by herself ...

It doesn't really take long for her to fall asleep, since she is usually
quite tired and we also read books.
But parents have to be in the room before she falls asleep. Of course she
often need parents' accompany after waking up during the mid of night...
Still working on it. But we may just need to talk to her to overcome it I
guess. Do you have a better idea?

赞同楼上的说法，越赔越难睡！
我现在坚决和2岁女儿分床睡，前几夜，她就赖在我床上不走，或半夜起来也要上我床
上，我喝出老命了，半夜起来开灯讲道理，几宿的较量，现在她看来我床上无望，即使
睡不着也躺自己床上。
现在基本上是15分钟内自己入睡。 |

发帖数: 326 | 11 跟我家的一样，睡觉总要1到2个小时，8点半上床，10点半才睡，9点半上床，就11点才
气睡。我要是在他睡着前离开，他就站在门口大声哭，不管他多困。白天够累了，晚上
接回来还要出去遛一个多小时消耗他的体力，可惜一点用都没有。如果半夜醒来更可怕
，得滚来滚去2，3个小时，弄得全家不精神。愁死了。 |
