月月三岁检查是30磅，努力了9个月，现在是31.8磅，按照这个速度好像可能到时候比
你女儿还瘦了。。。

我家的 自测 90%的身高 50%的体重 没测过BMI 肯定偏瘦很多
但是基本健康 皮实 活泼 智力发育正常 是不肯好好吃饭 也只能忍了

脾胃虚弱的孩子胃口就是不好，试试同仁堂的小儿健脾丸吧，我觉得小孩一天三顿起码
有一顿要吃的正常的量才行。小孩吃得多吃得好但是体重偏轻，跟不好好吃饭体重上不
去是不一样的，前者瘦但是瓷实，后者就是虚了。虽说现在的条件不会让孩子弱的象非
洲难民似的，但是也不能把那个作为参照吧，健康的身体还是靠吃出来的。
维生素和矿物质就算用儿童维生素补充了，蛋白质的话，他肯吃花生酱么？炒饭里可以
放beans，一开始放一点点，逐步增加。如果能吃饺子，饺子馅里放点bean paste（把
beans煮到7，8成熟，碾成paste）也不会吃出来。赤小豆也是好东西，豆沙包，红豆粥
加点冰糖，小孩应该都会爱吃的。

lz我的经验是，你要多给她吃高能量的东西，比如说牛肉，牛排，cheese什么的，另外
还有就是淀粉类的东西多吃点。不过内心觉得孩子身高体重大多数是天生的。我们女儿
吃饭很差，基本上只有同龄人的一半，但是人家吸收功能好啊，再说她会吃啊，光捡肉
鱼虾，蛋奶吃。所以就算数量少，但是质量取胜。 |

我们看了私人医生，医生说就是少吃多餐，但是发现胃口还是差不多，如果多吃一餐，
下一餐就几乎不吃，要不就是全部是大人喂，我建议说是否可以吃些复合维生素之类的
，医生说一般是不缺这些维生素的。也是爱运动，但是运动量不算大，但是还是单薄了
很多。不仅仅是体重是担心，身高也担心，当妈的真不容易啊！在肚子里最大的愿望就
是智力正常，但是生下来后，有希望又高又漂亮，真是贪心的妈妈
