不需要公民身份也可以给议员写信。我们都是纳税人，议员必须知道我们的态度。
SCA的根本目的，就是把占UC系统新生总数35%的亚裔，压缩到13%，腾出地方给西裔。
这个提案已经通过了众议院。如果再通过参议院，就会出现在明年的公投里，试想在西
裔第一大族裔的州里公投结果会是怎么样？加州华人娃将永无出头之日！

Please oppose SCA 5, the constitutional amendment to delete provisions
implemented through the enactment of Proposition 209. I believe racial
preference in college admission is not the right practice and violates the
Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. Children who study and
work hard should deserve equal opportunity in college admission regardless
of their race. I strongly urge you to vote "No" for SCA 5. Thank you for

Please focus on assembly at this moment since senate already passed. We
should not let assembly pass!
