标 题: 小孩睡觉总是盗汗怎么办

小朋友5岁了， 每天睡觉总是要流汗。 只要一入睡， 立马头上脖子后背就开始流汗。
一晚上要换好几次背后垫的毛巾。 身高体重目前都发育正常。 我问了好几次这边
的医生。 医生说室内温度高了或者穿多了， 根本说不出所以然也不觉得是个事情。
我网上找了一下， 中医说是盗汗。 不知道有什么办法或者吃什么能缓解一下。 | b***2
发帖数: 1650 | 2 不是盗汗，小孩是热了。 我的两个小孩都是刚开始睡觉时不盖东西
或者只盖薄薄的一层，等他们睡觉2-3个小时后，就是我要睡觉时,再给他们
加盖正常的毯子.
要不一开始盖被子,等小孩睡着 40分钟到1个半小时去看看你的孩子,他/她是不是特别
热?

发帖数: 93 | 7 73度左右， 穿个简单的薄薄的全棉衣服。 冬天的气温要更低， 大人盖后被子的时候
， 小朋友盖薄薄的被子。 基本上就是睡着了就开始流汗， 醒了每汗。

Is it normal for my preschooler to wake up drenched in sweat?
Yes, most of the time it's normal.
"It's very common for children to sweat while they're in a deep stage of
sleep," says Jennifer Shu, a pediatrician and author of Baby and Child
Health: The Essential Guide From Birth to 11 Years.
According to Shu, children are more likely than adults to sweat at night
because they spend more time in deep sleep, their temperature regulation
systems aren't as mature, and they have a higher proportion of sweat glands
compared to their body size.
Even though your child is waking up in sweaty, damp pajamas, she may be
entirely comfortable at night. On the other hand, your child might be
sweating because she's too hot.
How can you tell the difference between an overheated child and a child with
normal night sweating? An overheated child feels warm earlier in the night,
before she reaches the deep sleep stage, says Shu.
So if your child is sweating earlier in the night, or if she complains about
being too warm, adjust the temperature of her room and make sure she doesn'
t have too many blankets on her. Also, avoid overdressing her – one layer
of pajamas is generally enough.
Night sweating can sometimes indicate a mild, temporary problem or a more
serious medical condition. For example, a child with an infection might
sweat as her body works to fight it off. And a child with sleep apnea, a
disorder in which breathing stops repeatedly during sleep, may sweat as she
works harder to get a breath.
The red flag to watch for is any additional symptoms that accompany your
child's night sweats. "Watch for fever, snoring, gasping, pauses in
breathing, and any symptoms of illness," says Shu. Also pay attention to
whether she's in pain or fatigued during the day. If your child has one or
more of these symptoms, or if you just want to make sure there's no cause
for worry, call your child's doctor.
Otherwise, night sweating is just one of those things that will happen less
often over time. As your child grows, she'll still sweat at night (everyone
does), but she probably won't wake up drenched. | G**T

发帖数: 3572 | 11 刚睡着流汗不算什么，睡深一段时间后没什么汗，这最多算是轻微盗汗。小孩子可能会
有这个阶段，长大即好。
重症盗汗需要治。症状有入睡后不久或刚闭上眼即将入睡时就大量出汗，汗出后即可惊
醒，醒后汗液即可霎时收敛。再入睡可再次汗出。出汗量大到一夜非数次替换睡装则无
法安睡，有个别重证病人能使被褥湿透，被褥较薄或用席子时，汗液可在床板上印出汗

描述的严重多了，这个帖子里的才是盗汗。

的孩子，肯定是除了盗汗还有其他症状。如果所有的盗汗都是这样，得出多少人命啊？

My husband & I never thought much about out children having night sweats
until very recently. Our 2 yr old was admitted to Kosair Children's Hospital
in Louisville, Ky due to repetitive swelling of his hands & arms. Several
drs asked if he had night sweats. When we told them that he did, they
immediately ordered an ultrasound of his heart. They found that he has a
hole in his heart. The murmur is so soft that everyone has missed this until
now. Our 7 yr old daughter has night sweats also & the pediatric
cardiologist from Kosair's has recommended that we have an ultrasound & EKG
done of her heart. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE TAKE NIGHT SWEATS SERIOUSLY!!!!!
We have one child needing open heart surgery to repair the hole & pray that
our other child's heart is healthy.

My 2 year old son almost always sweats buckets when he sleeps, and almost
always just from his head! His hair is usually wet and he leaves a notable
wet patch wherever his head has been lying. He seems totally fine in all
other respects, and his body always feels just right temperature-wise so I
don't worry about it.

是问题。 不需要在乎。 Consider that as a proven fact， unless it turns out
otherwise, which is unlikely in the majority of cases anyways.
