C*****d 发帖数: 2253	7 至少我从新闻里听的，老师反对test还能用从自己利益出发来解释，更恐怖的是有的地方父母居然也非常反对，甚至总的看来父母的反对比老师的更强烈。这些考试一般都需要父母同意才可以opt-out 有的学校居然有>50%的父母让自己的小孩opt-out. 教师这个职业，虽然有很多过时的工会保护，但是美国的教育质量这么差，父母作为tax-payer才是最应该被谴责的，大量父母的反智心态才是教育水平不能提升的关键。【在 f******k 的大作中提到】 : 我看主要是老师们反对吧。
u*****a 发帖数: 6276	8 听一个朋友讲的，他们家是放养。结果在小孩十四岁的时候发现孩子的数学水平很低。低到什么程度呢？ 1 - 2/5 = ? 不会做。去 Kuman 测试，数学水平仅有小学三年级，令人大跌眼镜。但我和那个孩子交谈，觉得孩子知书达理，有教养，动手能力强，挺招人喜欢的。所以，有的孩子就是数学水平差。和老师有无关系，就不得而知了，因为孩子上的学校还不错。
