I qualified for 12 and they will be mailed to my house for free. This is
a computer so you don’t have to talk to anyone and takes less than two
minutes.
These CFL or compact fluorescent light bulbs use 75% less energy and last up
to 10X longer that standard incandescent bulbs (according to the dukeenergy
