"The reason it was canceled is because several accounts have been opened
recently and all orders placed on these account have the same shipping
address. Additionally, we have found that all of the orders placed on these
accounts were paid for with the $20 promotional credit our company issued
recently.
Because of these reasons, we have established that these order were placed
specifically to abuse our promotional offer and since out terms of service
limit members to only one account, we have canceled orders and deactivated
the accounts of members who have done this, as we do consider it an act of
fraud. |
