I just called them (1-866-847-8738) to ask... CSR put me on hold to check
with someone else, but she came back and said, yes, you have to deduct UPs
as coupons. I emphasized with the CSR that these "coupons" (UPs) were given
to me by RA for purchasing other products but the answer was the same. Maybe
other calls will yield the answer we want. |
