the box). For all Youth Code, Revitalift and Age Perfect Cleansers where the
removal of the UPC is not possible without destroying the product, please
legibly write the UPC code number on the original dated sales receipt (or
online purchase invoice). If handwritten UPC code number is illegible, the
request is invalid. (See sample UPC below.)
