just did it yesterday. It took me a while to figure it out. :)
After you login to your Kohl's online account, move mouse over "ACCOUNT"
under your name on top central of webpage. From the pulldown menu, click "
Yes2You Rewards". Then you can sign up.

下拉菜单没看见 "Yes2You Rewards" 啊？
