back时被通知因为使用gift card买的拿不到cash back.我以前通过ebates, mrrebates
在同一个网站用gift card买东西从来没有过这种问题。找jet.com的customer service
说是在terms and conditions里写着。可问题是terms and conditions也只是说有可能
拿不到，并没说一定拿不到。因为cash back有近100刀，我准备东西收到后就退了，不
过这里提醒大家一下。 |

card买都没问题，就是Jet不给。ebates和mrrebates都是通过商家自动report的，所以
商家是给的，但Jet是人工的，所以虽然商家会给jet cash back，Jet却不会给顾客，
这是问题所在。
而且要是不给他们应该写清楚了。只在terms and conditions里写用 gift card有可能
拿不到，然后客服就理解成不管商家给不给所有用gift card的都不给顾客。 |

书能固定总结的。 我联系Jet的客服他们自己也承认写的不清楚，但也没办法

"May" is most commonly used to express possibility. It can also be used to
give or request permission, although this usage is becoming less common.
Jet's problem is not they will give some customers cash back when the
purchases are made with cash back but not others. Their decision is as long
as the order uses gift card, the customer will not get cash back no matter
whether the retailer credits Jet or not. It doesn't really matter which
website the customer purchased from. If you read their terms and conditions,
you will see they say customers may not get cash back if they purchase gift
cards and customers may not get cash back if they pay with gift cards.
Customers should get cash back in one of these two cases. Which case it is
depends on the retailer. For Jet to say the customer will not get cash back
regardless of the retailer is just wrong. If they don't intend to issue cash
back for purchases made with gift cards, they should say it in an easy to
find place such as on the click through page that leads to the retailer's
website. To hide these in the terms and conditions where most customers
would not read is very misleading,
Also I don't need to tell you which retailer it is to prove anything. I got
cash back before when I purchased with gift cards from many websites through
ebates and Mrrebates, including the website I just purchased from.

purchase the gift card, some give you when you redeem. I had no problem
before when I purchased from the same retailer through ebates or mrrebates
while redeeming gift cards.

不同，所以ebates, mrrebates每个商家的exclusions都不一样。我以前在其他cash

还有它要是不想给的话就应该在明显的地方写清楚，而不是写在
大家一般都不读的terms and conditions总页里。我以前在ebates和mrrebates在很多
网站都用gift cards买过东西cash back从来没问题。你去ebates看看就知道了，如果
某个商家cash back有exclusion的话，都是在ebates上这个商家的网页上写明了的，而不
是在ebates总的terms and conditions里的。
我觉得大家都没有理解Jet的terms and conditions是在哪。就在下面这个网页上。

应该写在连到商家网站的那一页上，这样顾客在购买前就能看到

我心理预期很低，用giftcard买东西就没打算最后拿到cashback，要是有了就赚了，所
以没有你那么纠结
jet家的返现好像是只能用于买它家的东西对吗

我并不觉得用misleading牵强，因为它家本来就没说清楚，gift card也是钱，而且他
们买gc和花 gc都不给不合适，而且即使不给也应该写清楚。我在很多网站用gc买东西
cash back都没问题，十几二十就罢了，100块对谁来说都不少，要不然大家也不会来这
个版了。
