which had been scheduled to end in 2009. The trial, called Illuminate,
compared 7,500 patients taking

发帖数: 423 | 33 客观来讲，pfizer也是第一个吃螃蟹的人！目前来讲，CETP的inhibitor还没有上市的
药物，CETP还不是一个validated target.而且medicinal chemistry对该cetp的研究并
不深入，出现这样的问题也不足为奇了。毕竟不象当年lipitor,都是statin类药物相当
成熟的时候Warner-Lambert研究的类似物，pfizer直接收购的。
我想pfizer还是太担心lipitor的专利失效的问题了，可是心急吃不得热豆腐阿!结果栽
了！
现在的情况很可能是torcetrapib的化合物本身的问题，从我的对结构的分析看不象
CETP这个target出了什么问题。JTT-705目前作为CETP inhibitor还在研究。 |

FDA也根本不要这么多，吃饱了撑得？
一般sample size需要这么大么，那的多小的区别阿，
这么小的区别没有临床意义了。
再说找15K的人跟踪那是多难的事。
搜索了一下，应该是这个trial － 640 人
