1. Obtain official transcripts from the pharmacy school where you received
your degree. Remember ask the school official to sign the seal of the
transcripts. In the meantime, request a letter (Lack of Licensure) from Li
Laoshi which states that "You are qualified to practice pharmacy in China,
etc". The letter is in Chinese and I sent it to FPGEC without translation

pharmacology, I do not have such a license. So I do not know whether I can

and then sent out application to FPGEC or you sent out applications and fees
to both of them at the same time?
Another questions, did you get Ms. Li's letter notarized or just get the
form from FPGEC (Affidavit for lack of licensure) notarized?

发帖数: 709 | 4 1.I don't have a pharmacy license, that is why I need to have Ms Li's letter.
2. I did ECE evaluation first. AFter I received the evaluation report, I
sent application to FPGEE.
3. I got Ms. Li's letter in sealed/signed envelope and then sent it together
with the application without notarization. I had the affidavit for lack of
licensure notarized. |

以参考fpgee的网站。

graduating on or after January 1,2003,must have completed at least a five-
year pharmacy curriculum at the time of graduation.”这句话理解时是不是只算
本科，研究生阶段的学习时间能不能计入？ |

envelope needs to be signed by the school official. The No. 1 material for
the exam is Comprehensive Pharmacy Review. There are several FPGEE study
yahoo groups, find them and join the yahoo groups which has a lot of
information. |

知道能不能办,让我先把毕业证书和联系地址给她FAX过去,再定能否办.
另外,还需战友帮忙回答,在ECE进行evaluation选什么类型的report?general 就可以吗
?他们要求寄的材料有哪些?有那些具体要求?比较蠢,自己没有找到! |
