但对前景比较迷惘。本人不是很想当医生，但也没有完全抵触。还在犹豫。希望未来的
职业既能用到医学知识还有生物研究经历。请问还有什么别的工作可以做的？
目前打算转clinical research 方向。还没有任何clinical trial方面的经验。网上投
过 “clinical scientist" 的工作，都无果。这些工作都要有clinical research
experience，我没有。
现有个intern机会做analyst_clinical trial.请问这个工作前景如何？具体需要做哪
些准备?
Job Description:
requires an individual to develop and refine the Clinical Trials Database.
Duties:
Provide guidance and supervision to offshore teams
Work closely with offshore managers to ensure that project deliverables are
met as with high quality
Support both protocol and procedural training
Oversee and implement methods and processes for data collection from a range
of information sources
Oversee implementation of new methods for data collection to enhance the
accuracy and scope of the database
Oversee identification and addition of new sources where necessary
Oversee the flow and quality of data from external sources, reviewing and
updating the information as required
Implement processes, where necessary, to ensure and maintain data quality
Oversee updates and maintenance of the drug and clinical trials databases
with up-to-date and accurate information |
