drug to overwhelm the cell system to artificially force high B concentration,
which certainly will cause a lot of side effects. So it may not be the
problem of the drug is not specific enough, it's just couldn't overcome the
metabolic mechanism.
附： DDI (drug-drug interaction), 建议 better define the acronym in our
article as in any scientific publication.
