发帖数: 1214 | 1 We had a conference call and asked to be ready to pick up more volumn early
next year from Express Script plan carriers. We were told that Walgreens and
Express Script could not reach an agreement about their contracts.
Therefore the Walgreens customers can either choose plans other than Express
Scripts or change to another pharmacy if they enroll into the Express
Script plans.
I asked if we need to hire and train more staff now? My boss said no, there
is no budget now. I guess when the time comes, customers will flood Rite Aid
for the 15 minutes quick services.
Does any company prepare for this change? |
