newspaper都大幅减少常驻记者，转而利用local lead通过网络给他们撰稿或者送照片
，然后按件买。
很简单，现在人手一相机，人手一笔记本电脑。谁都可以给杂志撰稿，送照片，视频。
那头只要有编辑润色就行了。只有NG之类的要求高的专题报道才需要高人。

艺术家总体来说需求量就不大。
早期的艺术其实也就是记录生活，
还有祭拜神啥的。
后来记录生活越来越容易，
写实的东西就不能叫艺术了。
那些抽象的东西，
又没人搭理，
得，
艺术家饭碗越来越小。
应该的。
我就觉得，
艺术家和作家，
是最不应该由学校培养的了。
越小应该教授技术。
技术学好了。
艺术靠天分了。
