In addition to the Rewards as described in Section 4 of the eBay Bucks Rewar
ds Program Terms and Conditions, you may also be able to earn additional Rew
ards based on a Qualifying Payment Action, defined below ("Transaction Rewar
ds"). Transaction Rewards means a U.S. dollar amount which will be given in
the form of an eBay Bucks Certificate and will be attributed to the Eligible
Participant's eBay account upon the following criteria:
1. Only Eligible Participants who:
are the intended recipients of an invitation from eBay to participate in the
eBay Bucks Internet Explorer 9 Promotion ("Promotion"),
have Windows 7 or Windows Vista installed on their computer,
successfully install Internet Explorer 9,
follow the steps outlined on: http://anywhere.ebay.com/browser/internet-expl
orer/?camp=bucks to add ("pin") the eBay website to your taskbar, and

may receive Transaction Rewards in connection with such promotion;

7. Transaction Rewards may not appear in the Eligible Participant's eBay Buc

9. Unused Transaction Rewards on an eBay Bucks Certificate are forfeited whe

What's the eBay Bucks Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 promotion?

Who's eligible for the promotion?

What is "pinning"?
Pinning, a new feature introduced in IE9, allows you to add (to "pin") favo

How can I pin eBay?

When an item is returned or otherwise refunded, your Rewards balance will b

Purchases must be completed within a single session. After clicking on your
