买了三年了,平时不咋用。今天拿来一用,开机就是"Err 06 Self Cleaning sensor
unit malfunction consult with Canon Service Center"
回想起来最近没咋着它呀,最后一次也还是好好的。如果要说8月去夏威夷的时候进过
海水(几秒钟的事),当时黑屏了。但过了一段时间自己好了,也再没发生其他可以称
道的问题。网上搜了搜,实验了把电池拿出来一段时间放回去,无效。只好联系Canon
了,不行就送回去吧。
版上有人知道这个修要花多少钱吗?

哦,不是海水吧,否则早就费了,怎么会等三月才出现?

找有cps的人吧, 维修能打折
不过如果真是CMOS有问题的话..

多谢各位,目前修好了!
首先,确实跟佳能联系了,本来做好了流血的准备。但是回信在下面,不过technician
提示我可以开机后迅速按Menu进入,然后disable Auto-cleaning。我实验,确实可以
进来,而且我选择了Clean Now,结果听到几次快门声,clean还是能做的。然后关机重
新打开(Auto仍然是enable的),哈哈,没问题了!继续实验了开关几次,都是好了。
个人怀疑也许是海水造成接触不良,或是其他?反正目前没事就好,再有事再说,呼呼。
下面是答复:

Thank you for contacting Canon product support regarding your EOS 5D Mark II
. I understand you are receiving an Err 06 from your camera.
It is my pleasure to assist you with this issue. the Err 06 message
typically involves the automatic sensor cleaning feature of the camera. You
can try to disable it by turning the camera on and immediately pressing the
menu button a couple of times to enter the menu. If you are able to enter
the menu you can turn off the Sensor auto-clean feature.
I understand that you are looking for an estimated cost for service on this
equipment. Unfortunately, our e-mail team provides technical assistance and
does not have the pricing information that you seek. Pricing is set by the
Factory Service Center. The equipment would need to be sent in for
evaluation, once it is in the factory, they will estimate the equipment and
email/mail you an estimate. If you do no want to get the service, Canon will
send the equipment back free of charge.
For evaluation please mail your camera to the Factory Service Center (FSC)
shown below. When shipping your camera, be sure to remove the memory card
and battery. You are not required to send any accessories or manuals to the
FSC. A copy of your sales receipt should also be included to show the date
of purchase for your camera. Please remember to pack the camera well (2-3
inches of bubble wrap) to prevent damage during shipment and send it using a
service that can track and insure the package. Include a letter with your
name, email address, physical address, telephone number, model/serial number
of item, and a description of the issue.
You may send your camera to the following address:
Canon Factory Service Center
100 Ridge Road
Jamesburg, NJ 08831
Within 2-3 business days of arrival at the FSC, your camera will be entered
into our repair database and assigned a repair number. A technician will
visually inspect your camera and advise you of the findings. When the
repairs are complete your camera will be shipped back to you via Federal
Express. Usually, a warranty repair is completed within approximately five
to seven business days of the camera's arrival at the FSC. If the repair
entails something that is not covered by the warranty, a written estimate
will be emailed or mailed to the address that you have provided. All repair
work will begin once the estimate is approved and payment is made. You can
decline the repair if you wish by notifying the FSC and the camera will be
returned to you.
*Please note that our U.S. Factory Service Centers are unable to accept
packages from or return equipment to addresses outside the United States.
