无论是单壁碳管还是多壁碳管,仅仅只有一根,怎么测光谱呢?例如吸收谱,荧光谱等.呵
呵.纯属八卦一下.觉得搞个碳管阵列来
测还差不多.或者这个碳管的长度超级长,至少是微米级别的.搞个奥林巴斯的光学显微
镜才能看得清楚,但光谱测起来估计也
够呛....

I remember that there is a professor at the physics department of Queen's
University, Canada who has done some optical measurements (specificly PL) on
single suspended carbon nanotubes and published one PRL last year. His name
is James Fraser. The name of his student who's working on optical
properties of carbon nanotubes is Yee-Fang (Elsa) Xiao. You may contact them
to get some information that you may need.

I have done some experiments on single nanowire/nanotube optical experiments
before. The difficulty is the collection efficiency as you stated in your
words. You might try gated pulses to improve the SNR. If the nanotech still
stayed in the stage I knew of, you could try to locate a nanowire/tube
between the electrodes and then optically pump it with a strong laser in
pulse mode with a duty cycle of 1/1000, then your optical spectrum analyzer
has to be tuned to the exact frequency with a fast sw
