运动是相通的，到一定阶段就是自己打自己了，不断突破自身的体能与技术极限，把意
识强化到本能反应里。
身体协调性是根本，也是所有运动的基础。有了这个基础，加强1－8只是想不想练的问
题。这也是为什么剑宗气化比气宗剑化更容易练、也更有威力的原因。
对比赛的阅读能力在胜者为王的日风下不得不提一下，说白了也就是乒乓球意识。说好
听了是扬长避短，说不好听就是要想方设法地损人利己。在这一点上，我基本上快退化
成白痴了。
当然，如果是想在短时间内提高比赛的成绩，苦练几个SERVE绝活是挺管用的。但如果
对手有一定的功力，适应起来也会很快。

地基。

different skills would be put in more important task, but overall
for amateur level under 2200, the average rally, i would say: is
about 3-4, so serve/serve return would take at least 50% role in
competitive matches.
Only you improve those 2 skills can you focus on rally skills like
loop/footwork/stamina.
for guys under 1600, i would consider push is a lot more important
than loop. | c****1

2 important issues related to what you mentioned:
1. increase your competitive experience, so that you know what you need to
do
under pressure, and how to handle the duece 5th game in semi- or finals...
2. study the games, education does help this, the ability of learning to
read
the game, guess this is the strength for most of guys in N.A.

you can read the spins and position, how fast you can move your foot and bo

either too passively in critical points or too aggressively by trying
to score during serve return...
Serve is a 100% controled skill, a lot easier to practise, whereas
most cases, #1 goal for serve return is control: do not miss,
do not pop up, then when chances come, try to initial attack from

发球靠自己钻研，接发球利用合力。
真正夸一个球员，经常是夸其对球的理解程度。
比如说马林对球的理解，

Which way is better completely depends on your playing style, your opponent
's playing style, or even the match score.
The aim of a good serve return, i think, should also not be just to neutrali
ze the first attacking from the server, but to add your attacking back in yo
ur return.
A simple neutralization from the receiver will just introduce the second att
acking from the server. However, a good serve return will give the server a
big pressure even before the start of a point, and sometime luckily to win a
point because of the server's too intense self-killed serve :)
