One bedroom available in a 3 bed, 1 bath Squirrel Hill duplex. Room is
available on a monthly basis (Aug 31 -Dec 31, 2013).
$900 / month includes utilities (water, gas, electric and high speed
internet). Off-street parking, washer / dryer and bi-weekly light cleaning
included. The house is fully furnished, but you would need to provide your
own bed. The only other resident in the home is the landlord, and he will
be in the house only a few days each month.
No smoking, pets, drugs. We are renting to an exceptionally responsible male
