my apartment. It is an nice One-Bedroom Apartment located in 6301 5th Ave,
Pittsburgh, PA, 15206 (The intersection of Fifth and Shady Ave). It is
walking distance to Bakery Square, Whole foods, Target, Giant Eagle, with
Bus Stop right in front of the 3-floor building.
The monthly rent is $730+$25 Water+$25 Winter Heat (Only from Nov to April)+
Electricity; Based on my experience, the electricity is around $20-$30/month
. So, the apartment rent plus utility together would be $780+Electricity for
winter (Nov-April); $755+Electricity for other months.
If you have a car, the parking fee for each month would be $50.
Laundry: In Building Coin operated;
I am subleasing, my lease ends in July 28, 2015. You could continue the
lease with the landlord if you want. I am relocating before Dec 1st, 2014.
The apartment would be available in the end of November or earlier depends
on your situation.
