J1 waiver的时候，老板的surport letter中提到Dr. ** is working on the research
project of ****, which is the key for my current research project that are
supported by the Air Force (AFOSR) and the Army
(ARO-MURI). 既然the Air Force (AFOSR) and the Army(ARO-MURI)都是U.S.
government agencies，后面又提到Dr. ** is not being funded by either the
United States government or by the Chinese government or by any
international organizations.这样会有问题吗？看上去会有矛盾吗？
