申请waiver，不知道时间上来得及不？拿到waiver后办H1来得及吗？
我看网上说waiver在大使馆要3到6个月，到美国DOS也要3个月，那这样时间岂不是很玄？
希望有经验的同学指点一下，非常感谢！
Answer
1. Case by case, Step 1 depends on your Consular Officer(CO), some CO processed quickly, takes 1-2 months, some CO takes 3-6 months.
2. 美国收到信很快就会办吗?Step 2 , depends on the DOS Visa Officer, some VO processed quickly,
some VO processed slowly.
3. Step 3, after USCIS got your case, some Immigration Officer(IO) processed quickly, some IO processed slowly.
Case by case, you need start J waiver ASAP if you do not want to extend another 1 year.If you want to extend 1 year, you can do later.
