说这一句的目的是什么？做的是老板的NIH课题，这不算funded by United States
government吗？还是说这是老板的funding不算自己的.
自己现在也在申K99.如果撞大运申到了，岂不成了funded by the United States
government，反而成了办waiver的不利因素? |

保用他的经费继续sponsor你的科研。
你老板的经费不是你的经费，这个要清楚！ |

is NOT direct or indirect government funding as long as the funding is
administered through the University.
