Several openings for PhD students and postdoc researchers with financial aid
are available in Assistant Professor Hongli Zhu’s group in the department
of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at Northeastern University.
Appointments
beginning in the fall/spring semester are preferred. Research areas include
advanced manufacturing, 3D printing, energy storage, printing electronics,
1D/2D nanomaterials, and multifunctional materials. We are looking for
creative, enthusiastic, and self-motivated candidates from diverse
backgrounds and disciplines; including electrochemical engineering,
materials science and engineering, applied physics, mechanical engineering,
biomedical engineering, chemistry or related fields. Experiences and skills
inelectrochemistry, manufacturing, nanomaterial and printing electronics are
