consulting 公司包装后找到计算机相关工作的，现在自己也想走这样的路，不知道好
不好，利弊有哪些， 想听听大家的建议。
在找不到工作就想继续读化工的phd了，不知道是phd的好还是去consulting转计算机的好 |

If you don't have any coding experience yet then it's a bit late to
go for consulting. They will 包装 your resume but if you don't have
the skills to hold a job they could dump you really fast.
Staying on the PHD gives you time to learn the necessary skills but
you cannot leave for job market at will as there are status / H1B
issues.

的要好很多吧。

兴趣，编程虽然没有系统学过，但是兴趣很强。

For consulting firms it has to be either .Net or Java. There aren't
many C related jobs. .Net is easier to pick up in a short time frame.

Also keep in mind that your MS degree is NOT in CS so you probably
won't be able to file for PERM Greencard processing if you go for
a consulting firm.

现在找到一个化工相关的工作，公司老板又是老印，同时80%老印。。。。。工资低，
活多。周末还要无偿加班，现在还是night shift。。。
我认识的码农米有个比我拿得少的，工作时间比我长的。。。。 |
