数据产生后，用HTML和coldfusion和SQL做了一个数据库。
在申请一个数据库的copyright中涉及到是否使用了open source的软件。
请问到底什么是open source的软件或语言啊？
比如想HTML这个语言，谁都能用，就是open source了吗？coldfusion和sql都是收费的
吧，是open source吗？
另外，我只是用这些语言产生数据，制作数据库，并没有发布任何code，这样应该不涉
及到open source的问题吧？？？？？？？？？？？？？
请各位大侠多多指点，十分感谢。 |

把这个漏子堵上了。不过你要好好看看你使用的软件是什么License

2.11 Can I use R for commercial purposes?
R is released under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2. If you
have any questions regarding the legality of using R in any particular
situation you should bring it up with your legal counsel. We are in no

It is the opinion of the R Core Team that one can use R for commercial
purposes (e.g., in business or in consulting). The GPL, like all Open Source
licenses, permits all and any use of the package. It only restricts
distribution of R or of other programs containing code from R. This is made
