但似乎绝对neutral对google,facebook,netflix这些有好处吧。买不起硬件的小喽罗，
竞争不过呀。
这个neutral似乎也应该分前端后端吧。比如对于content provider （server那边）非
别对待坏处不大，但是对consumer(前端）必须neutral。

It's important for you and bad for ISP. Without it, ISP can throttle content
providers and stir a bidding war for the bandwidth. This is not just
Netflix, it can be BitTorrent, Youtube, or any other app that uses a lot of
bandwidth. Content providers will be forced to pay up and pass down the cost
to you.
Don't forget the bandwidth is shared in your community and it's limited.
What if all Comcast video subscribers get preference? Cable companies are
already monopolizing the market and once you give them the legal ways to do
preferential treatments, things will only get worse. |

发帖数: 34805 | 7 wiki should be fine for such low traffic. Dialup DSL is always a fallback. I
think only heavy-traffic app will be affected.
