标 题: what is soul? how do identify for self before searching for a "soulmate"?

I am reading "Care of the Soul" by Thomas Moore. I haven't finished it, but
the part I have read, I'm a little confused. What are your views of what
soul is and what manifests it? How do you know you've lost it or not and how
to find it back? | D**N

something in consciousness, otherwise we can't lose it. i personally think
that soul is the full awareness of the unconsciousness, when you find it,
you are enlightened and liberated.
