我们系最近这几年人数最多的时候(今年)是7个，
马上就要走3个，再来一个新生。

department in US, but they still consider themselves psychologists. If you
count those, the number could approach 1000. I am not sure.
These people could be found in the fields of education, industrial operation
engineering, information science, business administration, etc. They still do
essentially what psychologists do, but have an applied orientation, which is
often underappreciated in a psychology department.

这个现象其实挺有趣的，我是认同你的观察，在美国心理系的人好像是有一点看不上做交
叉学科的，不知道是不是觉得那些都是旁门左道，而自己搞的这个才是真正的学术。比较
而言，在中国反倒是做一些交叉的、或者说指向应用的研究比较受尊重，尤其是做人力资
源管理、等等等等，不知道是什么原因，呵呵。

等好几个相关的部门。
我在实验心理学，研究coignition,我们系还有作perception & sensation 的。我们实验
心理学有4-5个中国人。clinic得好像没有。
btw,我们学校的clinic学出来，也不是用来治疗那些什么变态的，可能只是给精神紧张啊
，焦虑阿一点建议。个人认为很多中国人（包括我）觉得很神秘的那些心理学的领域，可
能属于psychiatry. |
