Exchage-Traded Fund is really one the most rapid grow in product. There
are totally over 420 ETFs trading actively now in USA.
Though it's open-ended fund, it's traded like common stocks in exchange. As
far as I know, Morgan Stanley has pretty strong team of ETF quant and trade.
