side business. they are separated from other insurance deparments. They are
using similar buy-side skills..

发帖数: 24 | 4 yeah, i was asked to check variable annuity kinda product to see if I am
interested. I dont have a clue, except google.
Question is :
1. how's the skill set used outside the insurance industry? Is it more
likely for people to transfer from ib to insurance, such as variable annuity
, or the opposite?
2. how are these jobs paid compared to front/middle office quant in the
banks?
