样,是$80000 ，所以用excel算得annual return是5.47%，请查看例题。
虽然有这个例题，可是老师把formula给删除了，所以，我不知道那个5.47%是怎么算出
来的。

老师是要求用excel spreadsheet做这个题目。但谁要是能用计算器算出来annual
return 也行。 | d*********n
发帖数: 27 | 5 我是把每年的存款分开看， 第一个 5000 存 36 年， 所以到最后是 5000 e^36r
第二个5000 就是5000 e^35r， 别的依次类推。
r 是 continuous pound rate, 所以 annual rate 是 e^r-1
像你的例题里， final =800000 的时候 r=0.05328 , 所以 annual 是 e^r-1 = 0.0547 | a*z
