的non-compete agreement.请问这个agreement对于以后找工作会不会有很大的影响呢？
一般的quant fund都是有这种non-compete agreement的吧？

not enforceable. An employer will usually have to offer
something by way of consideration to make it pass the
legal test of "reasonableness".

非常感谢！offer上面写了会付base的。他们给我两个星期考虑，我打算继续找找别的
fund试试。毕竟H1B不能在家呆6个月的。

What is the difference between non-compete without compensation and non-
compete with base? I mean numerically, not legally.
