I have a question on excel pivot table.
Here is my data set
Company profit
A 1
A 1
A -1
A -2
A 3
B 1
B 1
B 1
C -2
The pivot table I need is as follows:
Positive
A: 1
B: 3
Negative
C: -2
The pivot table I can get is
Positive
A: 4
B: 3
Negative
A: -3
C: -2
How do I net company A in pivot table?

what you need is just another columns defining "positive" and "negative"
so just,
=if(sumif(company col,company name)>=0, "positive"), "negative") |
