A little of my history: I am a life long lesbian. That is who I am. What I
have done is adopt one black child, foster 14 teen-age boys to prevent them
going to Juvenile hall as that is the only place for teenagers. They did not
mind one bit that I was a lesbian...all that mattered was that I was a good
cook!!! Aint THAT just like a male. (smile). Guess what? Each and every one
of those children came from a heterosexual alliance and some even from
heterosexual marriages. Guess what else? Not one of those kids is gay. So,
so much for my bad influence. Oh and 3 went to college, 4 went into the
military and the rest just plain old got jobs. They write to me and send me
pictures of their children. I am just plain ole Mom to them. My question is:
Where is the harm to society in what I am or in what I have done? By the
way, just mailed a package of cookies to the youngest boy who is serving in
Iraq right now. Do you think HE cares who is fighting next to him? |
