the weasleys' could get stamps and send harry's uncle a letter; also they
tried with telephone once. since they could get hands on muggles' stuff,
there must be some exchange system for them to get muggles' money to buy goods
and service.
kinda commen sense, no need to specifically point out bah..
and i assume the system was in the wizardry world since wizards were aware of
muggles, but not all muggles knew about them (s
