Two Internet startups, both founded by Stanford Graduate School of Business(
GSB) Alumni are looking for CTOs.
One startup has recently closed a very large round of funding, and is
growthing rapidly.
It is in tourism related field.
Another startup is also very promising, founders have very close ties to
very top tier VCs. They are working on some "Weibo-like" services.
Because Stanford GSB have very good connections with VC communities, the
startups founded by Stanford GSB have much higher chance to success than
average startups. It is much easier for them to raise funding.
Two recently examples are:
One is RenRen.com, (人人), whose founder, 陈一舟 had raised more than 500
Million$ (!) round of funding before it went to IPO. 陈一舟 is a Stanford MBA.
Another is Youku.com, had also raised large fundign before went to IPO, its
founder 古永锵, is also a Stanford MBA.
Both opportunities are in Beijing.
Requirements:
- Years of software development of large Internet services.
- Good at Software Architecture
- Very hands-on
